Day 262: Did I jinx myself?

This morning while I was getting ready for school, I noticed that my full glass of water was sitting on my desk next to laptop, computer and ipod. Lukas was over today and sometimes he gets on my computer and I didn't want to risk the water spilling all over everything, so I moved my cup into the kitchen then I grabbed my water bottle and I was out the door.

When I got to school I got out of the car, put on my backpack and went walking to class. Today was an over cast day and surprisingly 93 felt like a cool 80 compared to the 100 and something we've had recently. As I was walking, I felt that my butt was starting to get wet. No way was it hot enough that I was sweating and definitely not on my bum. Suddenly realizing that it was coming from my backpack I took it off and looked inside. When I looked inside there was a pool in my back pack and swimming in there was my French book, my notebook, my pens, my notes and the bottled water that flooded my back pack.

What a great start to the day.
